Superb leisure, spa and golf facilities. The staff throughout the Vale Resort/complex were most helpful and curteous. We had a most enjoyable stay and look forward to visiting the Vale again.

Nice place to stay, didn't want to leave. There was lots of brilliant meals. The room with a balcony over the course. The hotel was placed in the secluded location in a lovely area. Also, Hendrewennol Fruit Garden was 5 km away.

Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, the room was ready upon arrival with nice amenities like a tv and electric kettle.

Room was lovely, clean, spacious, great shower, only stayed for friends wedding night, so didn't take advantage of pool etc.
Seemed a strange layout - could have got lost,unable to find lifts etc.

The helpfulness of the staff ..the ease of checking in/out, and the attentive waiting staff in the bar/grill, I am a business woman on my own and they made me feel very comfortable

Nothing was too much trouble for your staff. Arrived early for wedding and made to feel welcome. Met immediately by a manager who offered to help. Friendliness & customer care evident from the moment you walked through the door.
Nothing at all. Intend to book a break there again before Christmas

Staff were friendly and helpfull
Breakfast in the restaurant was of poor quality and despite not very busy at the time a number of tueens were empty and we had to wait for them to be refreshed while other items were getting cold. Friends had breakfast in their room and said it was excellent.
